Panama's Government is trying best to help educate the young. An investment of nearly 40 million Dollars in school supplies for students in government schools in Panama is motivating students to stay in school. Delivery will start from Monday 28 of February, as the first day of school begins for panamanians around Panama. About 800 thousand students will benefit from the delivery of the cash and thebackpacks, which this year are more attractive and resilient to wear, said the president of Panama Mr. Ricardo Martinelli. Lucy Molinar, Education Minister explained that the bonus of 20 Dollars is useful part of a work plan to minimize dropouts. She added that delivery of the school backpacks will boost moral and help students stay in school.
