La Pollera, our national costume, is a very delicate yet robust handmade work of art. The craft of making Polleras has been passed from generation to generation. It is very common to see women sitting on their porches, embroidering and stitching to obtain a piece of culture and artistry as our Pollera.

You may take a bus at the Albrook Terminal in Panama City direct to Las Tablas. Further you will take one of the direct buses or cabs to the town of San Jose. You may also go by air from the Albrook Airport to Chitre and then take a bus to Las Tablas for further transportaiton to San Jose.
