Ministry of Tourism Announced A 30 Days Insurance Protection for Tourists & Panamanians Who Arrive To Panama Via Tocumen Airport

The Insurance policy is one of the first and only available free protection of its kind anywhere in the world.

The benefit will be if have a accident or illness (no pre-existing) within 30 days of your stay in our country you are protected.

The benefit will be by accident or illness (no pre-existing) within 30 days of your stay in our country with respect to accidental death, hospitalization and medical expenses arising as a result of injuries from an accident involving tourists with medical transportation (including rental or air ambulance, if required), hotel expenses for convalescence for a maximum of 10 days, non-hospital pharmaceutical costs as a result of accident or illness, where death includes the repatriation of the body to the country origin, legal and administrative assistance by accident or loss of documents, costs of dental and other services such as translation in English, Portuguese and French.
