Panama is continuing the success of the Casco Antiguo district by extending the effort to carefully restore historical architecture into the surrounding neighborhoods. At the same time, the Cinta Costera, Panama's relatively system of waterfront highways and parks, is being extended to accomodate the increased activity in the area. Seen here, the skilled local craftsmen nestled in with the fishing fleet, buildings that are to be restored, and the results of some of their previous efforts.
Sigue el éxito del Casco Antiguo con el expansión del esfuerzo de restauración a los barrios alrededor. Hace poco, Panama consiguió nueva fachada con la cinta costera, y ahora se extiende para juntar con San Felipe y acomodar el incremento de actividad en la área.
